Stretch on Sunday monthly workshops

A chance to learn more about your anatomy and how different parts of your body work!

Each workshop focuses on a different area of the body, such as the shoulders and arms, the hips and pelvis, or the lower legs and feet! Delivered in a series but open for people to drop in and out of these sessions are perfect for anyone looking to not only feel relaxed and 'stretched out' but also with further knowledge on what actually happens in the body!

Sessions are currently available in Lancaster and will be coming to Elland soon!

Places are strictly limited to 10 people per session
