Stretch on Sunday monthly workshops
A chance to focus on specific areas of the body and explore how they work and connect to each other.
Each workshop focuses on a different area of the body, such as the shoulders and arms, the hips and pelvis, or the lower legs and feet. Delivered in a series but open for people to drop in and out of, these sessions are perfect for anyone looking to not only feel relaxed and 'stretched out' but also with a new-found understanding of how everything connects within ourselves and to others.
Sessions are currently available in Lancaster.
Places are strictly limited to 10 people per session
