Sessions in the Community
We provide a range of classes and workshops in a variety of settings, with the aim of enabling people to take control of their own wellbeing, learning ways to live well for longer.
We aim to create a sense of enjoyment in the practice of movement and promote a sense of self-value, belonging and shared experience to enable participants to feel appreciated and supported. Our activities are enriching and empowering, and not only help to enhance physical health but also develop our psychological and emotional wellbeing; increasing self-esteem, bringing people together, and enabling us to explore different forms of expression.

Calm & Connected - stretch and relaxation classes
Caring for Carers - a series of sessions with the aim of supporting carers both physically and emotionally
Stretch on Sunday - monthly workshops combining anatomy knowledge and movement for a deeper exploration
