Our WELL programme provides a range of classes and workshops in a variety of settings, with the aim of enabling people to take control of their own wellbeing, learning ways to live well for longer.
Work - providing opportunities for people to enhance their knowledge, understanding, and skills in regards to movement for their individual wellbeing.
Enlighten - enabling people to enjoy new experiences and find new ways to enhance their wellbeing through movement.
Learn - increasing awareness and helping people to learn movement-based activities they can incorporate into their daily lives.
Live - enhancing quality of life so that people can enjoy improved health and wellbeing, making the most of their lives.
We aim to create a sense of enjoyment in the practice of movement and promote a sense of self-value, belonging and shared experience to enable participants to feel appreciated and supported. Our activities are enriching and empowering, and not only help to enhance physical health but also develop our psychological and emotional wellbeing; increasing self-esteem, bringing people together, and enabling us to explore different forms of expression.

Calm & Connected - stretch and relaxation classes
Brews & Grooves - fun and informal dance classes for people over 55
Caring for Carers - a series of sessions with the aim of supporting carers both physically and emotionally
Stretch on Sunday - monthly workshops combining anatomy knowledge and movement for a deeper exploration
