Calm and Connected

Relax and take some time for yourself through movement; exploring different stretching and breathing techniques and having fun with movement to build confidence, reduce stress and anxiety, improve posture, and enhance your overall quality of life.

Our sessions are fully inclusive and open to all ages and abilities, no experience is required - we are a community where everyone is welcome.

We also offer individual sessions for anyone looking for specific advice on their wellbeing - these can be done one-to-one or one-to-two!

Thursdays: 6pm - 7pm

Starting 19th September until 28th November (no class 31st October)

This series of classes is funded by Staying Well and the Community Foundation for Calderdale and so we are able to offer each session on a 'Pay as You Feel' basis, with a suggested donation of £3 per class.
